2025 Pies

We are taking a pause from monthly pie baking during the 2025 season while we cook up some new partnerships. We hope to be back soon with more of the locally sourced sweet and savory pies you’ve come to love and some new features like pie classes!

Pie Storage & Heating Instructions

All of our pies are freshly baked and contain no preservatives.

Refrigeration

All pies should be refrigerated if not eaten within 24 hours of purchase. Wrap in plastic before refrigeration to maintain freshness. Bring the pie to room temperature before serving, and if desired, reheat as directed below.

Freezing

Our fruit pies freeze well! Many of our savory pies freeze as well, but check with us to confirm if a particular variety will hold up in the freezer. To freeze your pie, tightly wrap in plastic or seal it in an airtight freezer bag. Frozen pies are best eaten within 3 months. Either thaw at room temperature before serving or reheat as directed below.

Reheating Pies

Cover a fully baked pie with foil and heat for about 15 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Let pie cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. If the pie was frozen, either let thaw before warming or bake it for an additional 15 minutes or until warmed through.

Finishing Frozen, Unbaked Pies

To bake a frozen, unbaked pie, place the frozen pie (no need to thaw) in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. The pie is done when the fruit is beginning to bubble and the top crust or crumble is lightly browned. If the crust begins to brown before the pie appears fully cooked, simply cover the pie with foil and continue baking until done. Fruit pies should rest for at least an hour before serving to help the fruit filling set.
